Q: How do I print invitations for guests that I do not have an e-mail address for?
A: Click on Step #5 of the Invitation Process “Review, Send and Print”. Then click on the “Print” box.
Don’t forget, you can add their name to the online invitation system so they can RSVP to your party. Simply click the “Invite More Guests” tab on the Party Host Information Screen and click the “Add Guests Without E-mail” button at the bottom of the screen.
Q: Where do I find the invitation ID number so guests who did not get invites via e-mail can RSVP to my party?
A: When your invite was created, your invitation was assigned a number. You can find this number on the “Edit Event Details” tab of the party host information screen.
Simply give that number to any guest that did not receive an e-mailed invitation and they can RSVP by simply entering their name and invitation number on our online invitation website http://www.pumpitupparty.com/Ois/
Q: What do I do if some of my guests did not receive an e-mail?
A: There are a few options:
The main reason guests do not receive an e-mail from the online invitation system is because it is not typed correctly or no e-mail address has been entered at all. Always double check to ensure the email address is typed correctly!
Click the “View Guest List” tab on the party host information screen to see detailed information regarding the e-mail trail of each invited guest. Check to ensure the invite was sent. If it was not, simply re-send another invite to that guest.
Ask the invited guest to check their “Spam” folder.
Q: Can I use the Online Invitation System to send “Thank You” notes to my guests after the party?
A: Not currently, but we will be adding that feature soon!
Q: If I am having technical issues with my invitation, who do I contact?

Q: What if the store address on my invitation is not correct? Who do I contact?
A: Please contact the PIU location that your party is being held at, or click the “Contact Us” link at the bottom of the webpage.
Q: How do I edit my guest list RSVP’s if my guests are unable to do so?
