Every kid is different so every party should be different. When you arrange your party with a Pump It Up staffer, you’ll go through a customization list to create just the experience you want -- pizza, goodie bags, balloons, the choice is yours. They’ll also help you pick just the kind of party you want, depending on size, day of the week and extras. Even if you don’t have a birthday to celebrate, we can do that too -- school field trips, fundraisers, and day care facility field trips. How do you want to party? You name it, and the answer is, yes, we can do that.
At Pump It Up, your child’s safety is a primary concern and a responsibility we take very seriously. Pump It Up recognizes the importance of safe play and takes great pride in both our safety program and our safety record.
- Safety rules and enforcement – we have taken a rigorous and systematic approach to identifying safe practices in every area of our facility. Rules are explained to all guests prior to every event, and trained staff members are present at all times to ensure that rules are followed.
- Facility design and construction – Pump It Up integrates safety into each and every developmental step taken both before and after a facility opens. We start with a team of highly trained space plan designers who consider each building space individually and then go about designing that space to meet our strict specifications, from the layout of the rooms to the location of the water fountains. We then fill the space with quality furnishing and finish products from known, Safety Award winning manufacturers. And finally, we use only the highest quality inflatable manufacturers who have been nationally recognized as leaders in inflatable safety design.
- Inflatable design and installation– we work closely with our inflatable designers to insure that each of our proprietary rides will provide a safe and predictable experience. Each ride is installed and anchored by methods meeting or exceeding the industry’s ASTM F-24 standard. Each inflatable ride utilizes multiple floor anchor points under the inflatable to insure the ride cannot tip, roll, or move. Our slides are also tethered at the top to further protect you.
- Insurance coverage – Each Pump It Up facility carries a General Liability policy from an A rated, nationally recognized insurance underwriter. Additionally, our inflatable rides are further covered by our Manufacturers Product Liability insurance. Our nationally recognized insurance carrier recently completed an independent audit of 123 of our open facilities. Their audit concluded with Pump It Up receiving an A+ rating with a total scoring average of 99 out of a possible 100 per facility.

Each facility follows rigorous cleaning guidelines and procedures to ensure a clean, attractive, and healthy facility. Our national relationship with Clorox is a further sign of our commitment to cleanliness.

Every independent Pump It Up franchise owner attends over 56 hours of safety training, led by certified members of our corporate training team before you or your child even step in the front door.
