Our team is available from the first moment to help you bring in gifts and supplies, check everyone in, and help keep the kids entertained before heading to the larger-than-life inflatables. We'll answer any questions and show a quick safety video before it's time to jump around!

It’s finally time for the main birthday events. After lots of bouncing around, it’s time to refuel those tummies with food and refreshments. Don't worry about heading off early to set things up as our Party Pros have taken care of it. They'll usher everyone in, guide the birthday kid to their inflatable birthday throne, and pre-serve the kids as well. When it’s time to go, the party won't stop, every child can take the party home with an festive goodie bag!

Throughout the day, our staff will assist with the party coordination, set up any experiences you've included, prep your private party room before anyone even sets foot through the door, pre-serve food and refreshments, and of course clean up after your party has ended.
