What You Do:
Maintain a positive and fun culture that creates a sense of teamwork and commitment to give every kid the best birthday ever.
Recruit, interview, and hire stellar team members
Identify, develop and monitor the team to drive store performance and ensure daily tasks are successfully executed
Provide initial and ongoing training and development for a team of 20-40 part-time employees
Maintain brand, safety, and cleanliness standards while follow operating procedures
